Message Bill,

This has gotten you farther. Remember that this is the development
branch. Its telling you that you need to login to the Current server
to make changes. Cadmin itself probably said something a little more
helpful that the server traceback. You can find some information
about the new features in this branch (like logging in) from the users
and dev list archives.

Also, have you looked at using Yum? Its a lot simpler and most likely
meets your needs just as well.
