Message Even I put it to 100, but the log in the current.log is similar. I can
manually connect to sqlite database using sqlite3. I have no idea why it is
like that. The cinstall initdb is successfully done. I saw the tables has
been created. But cadmin.py can't work.

Try setting loglevel to something like 100 for more debug...
