"create_channel" error during the installation of current

Message During the < cadmin create_channel > phase of the installation, I have the
following errors :

 

[root@SSREFLNX ~]# cadmin create_channel --name "RHEL4" --label RHEL4 --arch
i386 --release 4 --description "Red Hat Enterprise 4"

Does anyone have an idea why I'm getting these errors? (In what direction
should I look?)
