Oh, Sorry I forgot versions

Server:
[root@prs root]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Linux release 9 (Shrike)

[root@prs root]# rpm -qa | grep current
current-1.4.4-1.8x

Client:
[mike@darkstar mike]$ rpm -qa | grep up2date
up2date-3.1.23.2-1
up2date-gnome-3.1.23.2-1

but if I use up2date-3.1.23.1-5 it is same.

I already know this error when I tried to install current on RH9 without
last update (before 1 month). After I applied rpm -Fvh *.rpm error
disappeared.

It could be problem with locales or apache config, becose I'm using Czech
locales, (no unicode). But I haven't changed my setting (may be small
changes in httpd.conf, I'm not sure) in last days. Error
has occured suddenly.

I've applied only this new rpm (I thing, nothing is in relation with current):
