Message I just started tinkering around with a fedora core box, and it looks like
supporting it will take a few changes. Some would argue that since fedora
supports other repositories (most notably yum) that the up2date server is no
longer needed, but I think it's still worth it.

Anyway, the two big differences I've found so far are that 1) it no longer
identifies itself as redhat-release, but instead fedora-release, and 2) the
version number has been restarted back to "1", which would be a problem if it
weren't for point 1). This means that channels will have to be expanded to
include the operating_system field, and the server will have to match on that
as well as the arch and os_release fields.

Any thoughts?
