Transaction capable tables in mysql

Message You had mentioned earlier that one of the requirements you had for accepting
a mysql layer was that it would still support proper sql transactions. In
order to do this, the tables must be of the InnoDB type, not the native default
of MyISAM. The attached diff to the cvs code changes the create statements
to do so.
