Message Nothings implemented yet, but with the SQL backend, it _should_ be
possible to do this without too much pain.

A cadmin command to delete the dir from that channel
A cadmin command to update/scan/repop the channel would notice that dir
gone.

But there is no code to handle that, as of yet.
