Yes, true, like using the RHEL rebuilds, but this does *not*
change the subscription agreement, so licensees that have a
subscription agreement are not allowed to have non-subscribed
systems. I know large companies that exactly this problem.

Note that it is allowed to use non-RHEL software, like our X/OS Linux
or another RHEL rebuild, besides subscribed RHEL systems, but for all
RHEL systems you need to pay.
