In db/profile.py there's this function that adds the packages that the
client machine wants to register into the installed table. The only
problem I have is that the sql statement leaves out the info field when
initializing the entry. This seems problematic as the field is marked
NOT NULL. Maybe this works on mysql or sqlite, but not on Oracle DB. I
assume that this field should just be initialized to ORPHANED as that's
the "unknown" type, but I just wanted to check.
