Subject: up2date reports "No compatible channels found for client"
hi
up2date give me a an error:  "No compatible channels found for client"

to make the channel what i did was to get as much data as i could from this page: https://rhn.redhat.com/network/software/channels/details.pxt?cid=2866

the client and server are the same machine: cat /etc/redhat-release shows its rhel 4 update 1.
so i populated the database with rpms for rehel 4 for then 4 update 1 then 4update 2 and still no compatible channels found for client

this is what is in mysql db:
mysql> select * from CHANNEL; select * from CHANNEL_DIR; select count(*) from RPM;
